Development of a travel insurance mobile app and web interface for Lloyds TSB to offer to their clients.
An expansive project with an elapsed time of approximately 9 months from initial project brief through to live deployment. Our team was responsible for the whole project from initial scoping, interface design, front and back end development, and interfacing with the internal business systems.
“The project was delivered on time and in line with agreed budget even though the overall project timescales had to be reduced to achieve our marketing goals. ”

The client experienced a substantial increase in sales, by the optimisation of the user experience across and devices and platforms. On going analysis of use patterns resulted in further amendments to the user journey, which in turn raised the sale conversion rate.
Seamless real time interface with back office
The solution seamlessly integrated with the back office systems of the clients, enabling full management of documentation, financials and processes to be fully managed internally without the need to introduce new systems or processes.
Complete user automation allow clients to purchase their travel insurance with various payment methods, with all policy documentation completed and emailed to the consumer immediately on successful payment.
Long term support and maintenance
On going support and maintenance is provided after the project has successfully been deployed. The solutions are also PEN testing to ensure security is at its maximum. As part of the on-going support and maintenance agreements, quarterly PEN tests are performed, with any recommendations addressed.
With IT continually evolving, the maintenance agreement ensures long term compatibility and responsiveness with new browsers releases or changes to devices or operating systems.
